How old do I need to be to rent a car?
The minimum age to rent a car with DCR Travels is 21 years. However, some premium or luxury vehicles may require the driver to be 25 years or older.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will need a valid driving license, government-issued ID (like Aadhaar or PAN), and a contact number. International travelers must carry a valid passport and international driving permit.
What types of vehicles are available for rent?
We offer a diverse fleet including Sedans (Dzire), SUVs (Ertiga, Crysta, Innova, KIA Hycross), and luxury vehicles like Mercedes-Benz, BMW 7 Series, Camry, and Fortuner.
Can I rent a car with a debit card?
Yes, we accept debit cards for payment. However, a valid ID and security deposit may still be required at the time of booking.
What is your fuel policy?
All vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same. Extra fuel charges will apply if the level is significantly lower at return.
Can I add additional drivers to my rental agreement?
Yes, you can add an additional driver by submitting their valid license and ID. Additional charges may apply depending on the rental plan.
What happens if I return the car late?
A grace period of 30 minutes may be allowed. Beyond that, late return charges will apply as per the hourly rate of the vehicle category.
